Services & Pricing
Three services. One focus: your property finances.
Each service is designed around a specific need in property ownership — from day-to-day rental records to portfolio-wide reporting and transaction accounting.
Back to homeWhat we offer, and who it's for
Markpen covers three stages of property finance: keeping ongoing records, reporting across a portfolio, and accounting for property transactions. You can use one service or all three, depending on where your portfolio is and what you need right now.
All services are delivered remotely and available worldwide. Pricing is transparent — listed below, with no hidden add-ons.

Finding the Right Fit
Which service suits your situation?
Most clients start with one service and add others as their needs grow. Here's a rough guide.
Own one or more rental properties and want clear, reliable records without spending your own time on bookkeeping
→ Landlord & Rental Bookkeeping is the natural starting point
Manage several properties across different entities and need consolidated reporting you can share with advisers or co-investors
→ Property Portfolio Reporting fits this need
Are buying or selling a property and want the transaction costs properly allocated and documented before your accountant files the return
→ Property Transaction Support handles this specifically
Not sure which fits? Get in touch — a short conversation is usually enough to work it out.

What Markpen doesn't cover
We think it's worth being clear about scope. Markpen is a bookkeeping service, not an accounting or tax advisory firm. We don't prepare tax returns, provide regulated financial advice, or act as your accountant for statutory purposes.
Our role is to maintain clear, well-structured records that your accountant can work from. If you need a tax adviser or accountant, we're happy to discuss what you need and point you in the right direction.
